Filler Masterbatch for Sheets is a PE/PP carrier additive designed for sheet extrusion processing. It improves sheet texture, enhances transparency, and increases gloss and brightness. It also improves mechanical properties such as flexural strength, hardness, rigidity, and dimensional stability. The product offers good processing performance, high thermal stability, no dust, no carbon buildup, and reduced die cleaning frequency. It complies with food-grade testing standards. It is suitable for producing PP, PS, and other sheet products, including high-end file folders, milk cups, coffee cups, disposable plastic cups, plates, bowls, and containers for food-contact applications. The recommended addition ratio is 10–50%.
