Nano Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch is a PE/PP carrier filler masterbatch formulated with nano-scale calcium carbonate and selected additives. It features high whiteness, excellent dispersion, narrow particle size distribution, high loading capacity, and good mechanical properties. The masterbatch provides stable processing, uniform film thickness, high gloss, good transparency, strong tensile strength, and a smooth surface finish. Special treatment ensures extremely low moisture and volatile content, allowing addition levels above 50% without bubble formation. It offers excellent processability, easy plasticization, dust-free operation, and no screen blockage. It is particularly suitable for single-layer, ABA, and three-layer co-extrusion high-speed blown film production, including PE shopping bags, T-shirt bags, roll bags, packaging films, agricultural films, table covers, garbage bags, and other film products requiring high transparency. The recommended addition ratio is 10–50%.
